#1 - LTmechanic
LTmechanic is a cloud-based mechanic management solution primarily designed for manufacturers to enable paperless tracking of machine maintenance, shorten changeover time, fasten machine repairs, and minimize production downtime (NPT).
The Impact I Made at LTmechanic from Mar 2022 to Dec 2023
- Led the successful upgrade of LTm from a buggy v1.0 to a bug-free v2.0.
IMPACT Resulting in a 50%+ increase in daily active users. - Designed and launched the analytics module within a span of 3 months.
IMPACT Leading to successful partnerships with three factories and attracting interest from five potential enterprise clients. - Customized the in-app Alarming Notification feature.
IMPACT Effectively drawing user attention to address production floor issues. This feature significantly improved user efficiency and reduced factory costs. - Assisted the development team in identifying critical product performance issues by analyzing transaction data.
IMPACT Resulting in the retention of our largest customers. - Redesigned the UI/UX to create a user-friendly system.
IMPACT Received positive feedback from end users who found LTm to be more intuitive and user-friendly compared to other ERP/MES systems they had used before.
#2 - LTie
LTie is an industrial engineering software, designed to increase efficiency, provide line setup suggestions while keeping your line balancing, and monitor NPT throughout production. The system also generates a digital operator skills matrix by capturing the operator’s machine skills and operational efficiency.
The Impact I Made at LTie from May 2020 to Dec 2023
- Designed a creative and user-friendly UI/UX from scratch, transforming complex business requirements into a powerful system.
IMPACT This unique design and intuitive user experience made LTie a leading product in the MES market. - Collaborated closely with an outsourced development team from India to successfully develop and launch LTie within a span of 3 months.
IMPACT This enabled us to seize market opportunities and expand the influence of our company's products. - Led a business analyst with an Industrial Engineering background to refine and enhance product features.
IMPACT By adopting a user-centered approach, we significantly reduced the learning curve and time required for end-users to utilize LTie effectively.
#3 - LTproduction
The LTproduction system is a comprehensive Track and Trace system optimized for the apparel, accessories, and footwear industry. The system provides end-to-end status visibility on your production orders and materials throughout your factory and production process.

LTwarehouse is a cloud-based warehouse control system, designed to give your factory an increased competitive advantage by enabling you to administer warehouse operations, accurately track your inbound material shipments, and locate your fabric rolls across your production floor in real time.
